2nd VOLKSLIEDCHORFESTIVAL with competition in Bad Goisern and Bad Ischl 2nd to 4th October 2015

12 choirs from Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tyrol and South Tyrol are presented to competition, sang in two choral concerts and were present at the open folk song choir singing, folk song workshop, the opening night and at the final concert. Here also the certificates were awarded to the predicates, Very Good or Good conferred. Each concert was designed by a folk music ensemble: Goiserer Beriga Pascher, Mühlviertler Dreier, Family Music Steiner, Mühlviertler violin and Tanzlmusi, Tassilo Musi.

An "excellent" ersangen the folk song choir Abtenau (S), the folksong Ensemble Vocal Total (T), the GV Gmunden 1861 and AVS Singgemeinschaft Unterland (S-Tirol).

Other participants of the choir festival, in which the Alpine Choir Folk Song is at the center, were: A-Cappella Choir Mettmach, Chorgemeinschaft Gallneukirchen, Gmunden Chamber Choir, Martin Choir Bad Goisern, MGV Bad Ischl, Folksong Choir AV section Salzburg, folksong Singkreis Faistenau (S) and folksong Singkreis Pischelsdorf ,

The organizer Oö. Vocal Academy (in cooperation with the Upper Austrian. Volksliedwerk) can look forward to a successful event.
