2 additional general renovated gymnasiums, an indoor climbing wall with all levels of difficulty, a top-equipped table tennis room, a gym with modern equipment, a gym and cardio room, a lecture hall for 150 people, six meeting rooms for 20 to 30 people and a massage room.

Outdoor:: In the outdoor area there are three football courts, one artificial turf field, an asphalt multi-purpose court (in the winter ice skating rink with floodlights and sound system), a beach volleyball court, five artificial green tennis courts, a complete athletic facility with 400 m underground as well as one additional line for far - 60 m and high jump and a running track available. A boat dock on Lake Hallstatt and our private 200 meter long ski lift complete the offer. All sports are included in the price.

In the sauna area are two saunas and an infrared cabin, a cold pool and a modern regeneration area, a solar heated swimming pool and a sunbathing area and a massage and therapy area, and (for a fee) available.

The restaurant offers a modern, regional, light and varied cuisine.

Rooms:
On the facility are 209 beds from Single rooms until four bed rooms. All rooms have shower, toilet and most of the rooms offer TV. One part is for disabled persons. There are 3 categories with 5 building on the facilities. The house Sarstein and the house Dachstein were completely generalized and expanded, the house Hallstatt, Obertraun and Aussee have been renovated in winter 2005/06.
